  • Standard Orders: Processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation
  • Custom Orders: Processed within 7-10 business days (timeline confirmed at order placement)
  • Bulk Orders (10+ items): Processed within 5-14 business days depending on quantity
  • Peak Season: During festivals and sales, processing may take up to 3 business days

3.3 Order Updates

You will receive WhatsApp notifications at the following stages:

4. Quality Assurance

Every AnNASAAVI keychain undergoes a multi-step quality check before shipping:

  • Hardware Testing: Key rings, clasps, and attachments are tested for durability
  • Final Inspection: A final visual inspection before packaging

If a product does not meet our quality standards, it is not shipped. We would rather delay an order than send a substandard product.

5. Custom Order Service

We offer custom keychain design services for individuals, corporate clients, and events. Our custom order process includes:

  • Consultation: Discuss your requirements, design ideas, and budget via WhatsApp
  • Design Proposal: We provide a design concept and quote within 2-3 business days
  • Approval: You review and approve the design (revisions available)
  • Production: Custom keychains are crafted within 7-10 business days
  • Quality Check & Delivery: Final inspection and shipping

Minimum order for custom designs: 5 pieces (for individual orders) or 25 pieces (for corporate/event orders with logo customization).

6. Complaint Resolution

We take all complaints seriously and aim to resolve them promptly:

  • Acknowledgment: All complaints are acknowledged within 4 hours during business hours
  • Investigation: We investigate the issue within 24-48 hours
  • Resolution: A resolution (replacement, refund, or corrective action) is provided within 3-5 business days
  • Follow-up: We follow up to ensure you are satisfied with the resolution

7. Service Limitations

While we strive to provide the best service possible, please note:

  • Response times may be longer during weekends, public holidays, and peak seasons
  • Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun
  • We cannot guarantee exact color matching for custom orders due to material variations
  • International shipping is not currently available
  • COD is available only for select pin codes
